Ready2Learn Tutoring (“we”, “us”) provides online Maths and English tutoring for primary school students. We respect your privacy and the privacy of your children. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Parent or guardian details you give us in our enquiry form, by email or by phone: name, email address, phone number, suburb (optional) and your preferred contact method.
• Child details: your child’s first name, year level, the subjects they’d like help with and, if you choose, what they’d like help with.
• Any message you send us.

We do not ask for children’s surnames, dates of birth, schools, email addresses, phone numbers or photos, and our online quizzes and challenges do not collect any personal information.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange free sessions and classes, place your child in the right class, and communicate with you about your child’s tutoring. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it is handled

• Enquiry form submissions are sent by email to Ready2Learn Tutoring and to our website provider, Creative Dot Solutions, who maintains the website and makes sure enquiries are delivered. They are not stored in a website database.
• Zoom classes are run through Zoom. Please see Zoom’s own privacy policy for how it handles information.
• We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for tutoring.

Website analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example, which pages are popular). This uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and general location, but not your name or contact details. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child at any time by emailing info@ready2learntutoring.com.au or calling 0451 069 300.
